Early Snowball Cauliflower

Solid, crisp, and tender.

Heirloom 1888. Heads are about 5-6” across and erect. Top is a smooth, attractive creamy shade of white. This heirloom variety was introduced in the mid-1800’s by Peter Henderson, founder of Henderson Seed Company. 

This variety is well-suited to being eaten raw, baked, roasted, or steamed.
