Free-flowering plants bear a multitude of lacy flower heads 5–6" across. 'Dara' adds a soft, airy, elegance to the garden and fresh or dried flower arrangements. It is also called ornamental carrot or false Queen Anne's lace. 'Dara' is a low-maintenance annual, and not at all aggressive like true Queen Anne's lace. Fairly drought tolerant once established, but flowers best with regular moisture.
Attracts and supports beneficial insects such as lacewings and ladybugs.
